Yea im having the Same issue, type /claim and i get Nothing, no message or nothing. Same with forum stuff too.

Doesn't work for me either BUT my retail copy (with code) hasn't arrived yet... Must be a reason why I'm muted aswell.

I had a problem with the forums to but after changing my forum settings (name/password) and waiting the specified 30 minutes, it worked. Also, make sure you're trying to log on to the eu forums, I think the address is http://forums-eu.ageofconan.com
