To allow characters to have been born in Kathia upon launch of the game (although technically Kathia will not exist at this time) and allow players to play a character that has been raised in the House and undergone it's strict military training (and brainwashing?). For this purpose we've made everything in the lore 12 years older that means that a character born in Kathia can have reached a maximum of 20 years.
There are a few characters in the House of the New Dawn that were present at some of the meetings that recruited it's first members, those of you who were please consider to change the age of your characters to affect this change (typicly adding 12 years as otherwise your character will have been 12 years younger than he/she originally was at that meeting.)
